Nutraceutical Grade (GG-NUT) is one of Apeksha Enterprises' 14 application-engineered guar gum grades, developed specifically for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers. Ultra-high purity for nutraceuticals. High galactomannan content, prebiotic activity, tablet binding. It is formulated for use in nutraceuticals, supplements, at a typical dosage of 0.5–5% depending on your target texture and process conditions.

Formulation Guidance
In tableting, guar gum's swelling and gelling behavior make it effective as either a disintegrant (lower dosage, direct compression) or a controlled-release matrix former (higher dosage, hydrophilic gel layer) — the same material behaves differently depending purely on the percentage used, so early-stage dosage trials matter more than they do with single-purpose excipients.
